From there, we bring your vision to life through meticulous floor plan sketches that respect building regulations and council policies. As the concept evolves, we refine external elevations and, where needed, provide 3D visualisations that immerse you in the potential of your project.

TOWN PLANNING
Navigating town planning can be a maze of regulations and requirements — but with Bonacci Design, you’re never walking it alone. We take your concept and refine it into a fully realised design, creating all the documentation required for a successful town planning application.
This phase is comprehensive, encompassing acknowledgment, allocation, further information requests, advertising, planning decisions, and endorsed plans. But through it all, our approach remains the same: to work closely with council planners, advocating for outcomes that satisfy both council and client.

BUILDING DOCUMENTATION
With the design locked in, we translate vision into precision. Our detailed construction drawings — complete with accurately measured plans, elevations, and sections — become the blueprint for bringing your project to life.
At this stage, we coordinate with required consultants, including geotechnical, structural, and civil engineers, ensuring every detail is accounted for. These comprehensive documents are what builders need to prepare construction quotes and what building surveyors require for permits.
